Keith Bradley is the managing partner at Bradley Law Firm. He represents his clients with a level of dedication and precision gained during his time in service in the United States Navy as a Judge Advocate General. His practice is diverse, ranging from high net worth estate planning, to complex civil litigation.

Keith serves as general counsel for both start-ups and multi-million dollar companies in the State of Texas, including real estate developers, energy companies, professional services companies, and retail distributors. In his GC role, he manages everything from contract negotiation, employment matters, and real estate transactions, to board room disputes and multi-jurisdictional complex civil litigation.

In addition to serving as a corporate GC, Keith has a robust oil and gas practice which has endured oil and gas booms in the Delaware, Eagle Ford, Barnett, Permian, Marcellus, and Utica shale basins, often making him the go-to resource for nuanced and complex title issues. He has authored thousands of purchasing and drilling title opinions, and managed teams of attorneys and abstractors alike.

Keith also advises high net worth individuals, families and business owners on intergenerational wealth transfers, business succession, and tax planning. He has a wealth of experience in sophisticated estate planning issues, including preparation of simple and complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and charitable giving.  

Keith is licensed to practice in Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the State Bar College, American Association of Professional Landmen, the Fort Worth Air Power Council, FWAAPL, and an active Shriner. Keith is also a certified mediator in the State of Texas, and was an instructor at the Petroleum Extension for the University of Texas. He graduated from Baylor University in 1989, and received his J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University in 1992.
